WEtap media was founded by a team of entrepreneurs and technical visionaries. Having worked together on a wide array of projects for over a decade, this team has experienced a high-degree of success delivering business and technical solutions. We are experts in most areas related to application Design, Development, Deployment and Documentation. Having worked with emerging technologies through the dot-com, business intelligence and mobile booms, we thorougly enjoy experiencing the "new" in each project. Our process for engaging with new technologies allows us become subject matter experts in spaces where SMEs do not yet exist.

Having been working in technology for close to two decades, we see history beginning to repeat itself. Many companies are looking to revamp and/or replace their aging technology, with more maintainable solutions. Often, too much time and money is being thrown at these seemingly large projects; which often are not being completed within their timeline, budget or promised feature-set. We have rescued many such projects. When companies come to us with failing projects, we have been able to provide a rescue by applying our deliverable-centric focus.

One of the primary reasons we are successful is our approach to project delivery. Every project we work on is broken down into 2 to 4 month deliverables ranging from $200k to $400k. Each deiverable comes with a specific set of measurable success criteria and is further broken down into phases: discover, design, develop and deploy. Project stake holders are provided weekly status-updates so they can see real progress in a very short period of time.
