Having worked with emerging technologies through the dot-com, business intelligence and mobile booms, we thoroughly enjoy experiencing the "new" in each project. Our process for engaging with new technologies allows us become subject matter experts in spaces where SMEs do not yet exist.
Having been working in technology for close to two decades, we see history beginning to repeat itself. Many companies are looking to revamp and/or replace their aging technology, with more maintainable solutions. Often, too much time and money is being thrown at these seemingly large projects; which often are not being completed within their timeline, budget or promised feature-set.
